Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and HYPERBLOCK (PRIVATE) LIMITED (CUIN 0330809), operating LuxeStore, registered at Digital Hub, CP#96 4th Floor Raya Fairways Commercial, Phase 6 DHA, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Contract Act, 1872, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Pakistani laws.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, including:

• Contract Act, 1872 — governs the formation and enforcement of contracts.
• Sale of Goods Act, 1930 — governs the sale of goods and implied warranties.
• Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 (ETO) — gives legal validity to electronic contracts and records.
• Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) — governs electronic fraud and cybercrime.
• Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005 and Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014.
• Competition Act, 2010 — governs fair trading practices.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our issuance of an order confirmation email, which constitutes acceptance under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Prices are displayed in EUR and PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is that confirmed at the time of order placement.

5. Product Descriptions and Warranties

We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Under the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, goods sold carry an implied warranty that they correspond to their description and are of merchantable quality. If a product does not conform to its description, you are entitled to a remedy as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of PECA 2016.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.

Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and referral to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cybercrime Wing under PECA 2016.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of HYPERBLOCK (PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors and is protected under Pakistani copyright law (Copyright Ordinance, 1962) and trademark law (Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001). Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
